In one more instance of crime against women in Uttar Pradesh, a 14-year-old Dalit young girl was found killed in the Bhadohi area on Thursday. The young girl, as indicated by the police, had gone to a field to relieve herself and did not get back to home.
The young girl’s brother, who went out to look for her, discovered the body in the field. The Bhadohi police said girl head was crushed with blocks.
“The head of the girl was smashed with stones. The post-mortem report is awaited,” Director of police, Slam Badan Singh, stated.
The young girl was a citizen of Chakrajaram Tiwaripur town of the Gopiganj police headquarters region. The family has communicated suspicion that she was murdered after rape. But, sexual assault can only be confirmed after the post mortem report.
A group of forensic specialists and crime branch authorities have likewise arrived at the village to gather proof and investigate the issue.
The killing of the 14-year-old comes after the Hathras episode where the 19-year-old was allegedly sexually assaulted and strangulated. The police have now rejected that she was raped despite the fact that the casualty said in a video message that she was sexually assaulted.
On Tuesday, hours after the Hathras casualty passed away, a 22-year-old Dalit student was likewise sexually assaulted and injured in the Balrampur area. She passed away while on route to the hospital.
On Thursday, two minor girls were sexually assaulted in Azamgarh and Bulandshahr of Uttar Pradesh.
As indicated by reports, an 8-year-old young girl in Azamgarh was allegedly raped by her 20-year-old neighbor in the Jiyanpur region.
Sudhir Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police stated: “We received a complaint of rape with a minor girl on Wednesday. A case was immediately registered. The accused, Danish, has been arrested. He lives in front of the girl’s residence and used to visit her house regularly”.
In Bulandshahr, a girl in her teens was allegedly sexually assaulted by her neighbor at a village in the Kakore region on Wednesday night.
“Based on her father’s complaint, a case has been registered. The accused Rizwan has been arrested,” as sated by Bulandshahr SSP Santosh Kumar Singh.
