BCs get schemes in KCR Govt : Srinivas Goud

Tourism and Excise Minister V Srinivas Goud today stated that Telangana state is fast developing under the rule of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday.

At the TRS plenary in Hitex here, the minister attributed the welfare schemes to the vision of the chief minister.

Several programs of development are ideal at the national level as other states are following our schemes, the minister claimed.

The minister further said that the successive governments in the combined AP state neglected the welfare of farmers, people, and ignored community professionals. However, KCR who achieved statehood has been implementing schemes for their welfare.

KCR gives 15 percent reservations to Gowdas in wine shops and also to Dalits now, he said, adding that poor sections are getting good food and health facilities. The CM helps the poor develop economically and socially and get chances in politics too, he said.

The CM canceled taxes of the toddy tapping profession and gave a major reprieve to them. Several buildings in precious lands were built for the welfare of the community professions and KCR gets the credit for his vision.

The state is witnessing rapid development with all sections getting benefits through the schemes he said. Nayi Brahmins, wahserman, Yadavas, BCs are getting schemes for their welfare by the KCR Government, he added.
