Hyderabad: TPCC Campaign Committee chairman Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today conferred with balladeer Gaddar at his residence here on Saturday. Gaddar, who came to Bhatti’s residence, had a long meeting with him.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhatti called upon poets, writers, artistes, and persons like Gaddar to come together with the Congress party for the sake of common people living in Telangana State, which was achieved after waging fight. He asked all sections of the people to extend their cooperation to form peoples’ government to protect the self-respect of the Telangana people.
There was a need to form a peoples’ government to fulfill the aims and objectives of achieving Telangana State. Rendering Gaddar’s song ‘Podusthunna Poddu Meedha Kaduluthunna Kaalamaa…Poru Telanganama…’, Bhatti said that they have to reach the aims of the song. (NSS)
