Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, IPS, issued P.D. Orders against property offender Anoj Kumar with many aliases of Abid Road Police Station on January 4. Police said Anoj Kumar, 20, a worker in plastic factory at Rajanna Bowli and residing at Gangaputra Sangam, Aliabad and native of UP, committed theft of bikes and mobile phones under Hyderabad and Rachakonda Police limits. They also said the accused committed five offences in the recent past and has been creating fear among the general public, thereby adversely affecting the public order, apart from disturbing the peace, tranquility and social harmony in the society.
The Abid Road police arrested the accused on October 6, 2018 under Sections 380, 109 IPC & 102 Cr.P.C and remanded him to judicial custody. The Preventive Detention Order was executed on him on January 7, 2019 and was lodged in Chanchalguda Central Jail. (NSS)
