The issue for allocating regular Graveyards for the Christian community as discussed earlier and committed by the government. Members requested the Minister to appoint a committee with members for the representation of all churches, they also agreed that the ratio of 30% to the Catholic Community and 70% to the Protestant Community, this was agreed on the basis of the strength of each community.

The Christian community also expressed their issues with regard to their representation in the government as they don’t have anyone who is there to take up their issues.

The Christian community also presented the  Minister plants and also encourage other people to gift plants other than flower bouquets.

The registration of Christian marriages as per the Christian Marriage act 1872. Every Episcopal Church priest is an ex officio marriage registrar and is the authority, the Registrar needs to attest the said document as per the act, we have only Hyderabad and Rangareddy District following the act hence all District Registry need to follow the same.

Minister positively responded to the above requests made by the Christian Community Members and also asked them to submit a written representation on the above issues to take necessary action.
