CM KCR Appoints Observers to Appoint Chiefs for Ulbs

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today appointed observers to fill up the posts of Mayors, deputy mayors, and Chairmen and deputy chairpersons to several municipalities and corporations the TRS won a few days ago.

 

The Chief Minister elated with the thumping victory in all Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) of two Corporations and five Municipalities has decided to appoint Mayors and Deputy Mayors two municipal Corporations, chairpersons, and vice-chairpersons to them. His decision as the TRS boss and the chief minister is final in selecting winners to these respective posts.

The details are being sent to the ULBs in sealed covers and will be followed by the TRS leaders and activists.  The decision of the TRS boss is final with these sealed covers which will unfold the details as planned.

KCR has appointed leaders for the ULBs including ministers A Indrakaran Reddy, G Kamalakar for Warangal corporation, and Prashant Reddy, TRS general secretary N Naresh Reddy for Khammam corporation.

For Kotthuru municipalities near Hyderabad, the Chief Minister appointed his close lieutenant and Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. Also for Nakrekal T Ravinder Rao, Siddipet municipality former Mayor of Karimnagar Ravinder Singh and Forest Development Corporation Chairman V Prathap Reddy were appointed. For Achampet S. Niranjan Reddy and for Jadcherla Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman M Srinivas Reddy were appointed.

Also, the TRS chief has instructed the observers to reach the respective municipalities on Thursday evening. They have to hold meetings with corporators, councilors, and election observers to begin the election process. They will monitor and appoint the mayors, deputies, chairmen, and deputies as per sealed cover details given by the chief minister.
