Congress Leader Slams Center Govt

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee election committee chairman Damodar Rajanarasimha today slammed the central government and alleged had the Center was hacking the phones of Congress Party leaders.

He also alleged that the state was being ruled by dictators. He also alleged that the BJP led central government was slapping cases on those who are questioning its policies under section 124 of IPC. He made these remarks while addressing a protest program of the party held at Indra Park in the city. The dharna was held under the leadership of the working president of the party M. Anjan Kumar Yadav.

Speaking on the occasion he criticized PM Modi and demanded the PM to reveal the details about the purchaser of the hacking software Pegasus from an Israeli company. He alleged that the Intelligence wing of Telangana had hacked the phones of the congress party leaders. He asked the Center if the phone hacking was being done by India or an enemy country? He demanded the central government to order an inquiry into the violations of IT and privacy laws by a committee of Supreme Court judges.

Congress party MLA Seethakka said that the phone-hacking issue was a threat to the security of the country. She alleged that the state and central governments were harassing those leaders, who are raising their voice on public problems, by filing sedition cases against them.

She alleged that the BJP leaders were trying to come back to power by snooping on the congress party leaders. She also alleged that both PM Narendra Modi and Union Minister Amit shah were creating a threat to the security of the country by sharing the information of the country with foreign countries. Targeting the state government she alleged that the state government had increased the land rates by the people.
