Vijayawada: The Covid-19 vaccine distribution program was held on the second consecutive day in the state. The drive was held at 332 Centers of the state. The program was held in a peaceful manner across the state.
A total of 19108 Health workers were administered the vaccine on the first day of the drive. The actual target fixed by the central government is just 14300.
However, the state has exceeded the target of the center. The Uttar Pradesh state has topped the list with the administration of the vaccine to 21,291 people on the first day.
The Lakshadweep has administered the vaccine to the least number of people (21) of the state.
