Despite CM’s assurance about party tickets, most of the BRS MLAs are in deep trouble

Dispelling the apprehensions of party leaders, the BRS Supremo and Chief Minister Telangana K.Chandrashekher Rao assured them saying that all the sitting MLAs will be allowed to contest in the next election again on party tickets.

Spurred over the recent victory in Munugode by-elections, the Chief Minister ruled out speculations about mid-term elections in the state and said, “The assembly elections will be held as per the schedule and all the sitting MLAs will get the party ticket again.” The BRS Party Chief was addressing a party meeting on Tuesday at Telangana Bhavan.

Making it clear that he is not in a hurry to hold elections in the state, he said, the elections will be held as per the schedule and the remaining 10 month are still left to complete the term. Urging the party men to prepare themselves for the proposed elections, KCR said, “Every assembly constitution should display a election fervour like Monugodu by elections where the party register a remarkable victory.”

Clarifying that he is satisfied with the performance of the present party MLAs, he said, the party will not deprive anyone of them from the party ticket. The sitting MLAs surely get the ticket again to contest.

It is the responsibility of the MLAs to remain among the public, lend an ear to their issues and refer them to the government for their early resolve,” he advised.

Claiming that all the surveys regarding the next government coming to power in the state are hinting at the BRS party, the Chief Minister said, “BRS party will grab power for the third time in the state and made a hat trick. Party leaders and cadres in every constituency need to prepare themselves the way they stand for the occasion of Monugudu by-elections.”

Whatever the Chief Minister is promising to the party leaders is completely the other way around the reports emerging from different sources. It is learnt that the BRS supremo is keeping an eye over the party MLAs and surveys are being conducted to ascertain their regular performance.

According to reports, the party tickets will be awarded only on the premise of these survey reports. It is also said that most of the reports have conveyed about a negative trend among the people of different constituencies against concerned MLAs.
