Engineering student missing from MGBS since Aug 21

Hyderabad: A 22-year-old Jonaboina Sai Teja, an engineering student from Khammam was reported missing from the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station since Thursday. The youth, studying mechanical engineering fourth year at Vignan engineering college, came here for a project along with his friends. After getting down at the MGBS, Sai Teja alone went to have tea and after some time went missing.

Following a complaint by Sai Teja’s father, Jonaboina Pullarao, an Auto Driver of Lingagudem village under Penuballi mandal of Khammam District on night of August 23, the Afzalgunj police booked a case and launched investigation. Pullarao said his son along with his friends left for Hyderabad for B.Tech project and reached CBS Bus stand at 5 am on August 22. They went to MGBS for toilets and Sai Teja alone went to have tea and found missing. When his friends called to his phone 9951360262, it was switched off. On August 22 Sai Teja’s father was informed that his son was missing from MGBS.

Inspector of Afzalgunj police station said the missing youth was fair complexioned with round face, fat and 5’6’’ tall. He can speak Telugu and English. He was wearing Pink colour T-shirt and night Short.  (NSS)
