Etala warns Private Hospitals, for collecting lakhs of rupees

Hyderabad: Health minister Etala Rajender today expressed displeasure at private hospitals for collecting lakhs of rupees a, day against small amounts by violating ICMR norms and violating feed structure.

We have asked them to follow government instructions and guidelines on Corona treatment or face the serious action,  the health minister said. He appealed to people in districts and towns and villages nit to reject corona patients and dead bodies.

Talking to presspersons here Rahender has asked people to have humanity as the virus may affect to anyone.  He said that Gandhi Hospital has 50 percent of oxygen and ventilator support and people can avail services.

All the hospitals in the state are fully equipped with apparatus,  staff,  labs, and medicines to treat corona patients he said.

He said that the corona treatment is not so costly as it costs around Rs 10000 only.  The minister appealed people to visit government hospitals and avoid private hospitals.

Rajender warned of serious action on the private hospitals for looting people and collect lakhs.  Corona is not deadly and only those with diseases are losing lives, and people with serious symptoms can visit Gandhi hospital.  He said that rural, district,  towns, and state-level hospitals are set up to offering Corona tests in Telangana.

Rajender said that the government follows ICMR guidelines on Corona testing and offer treatment.  Using Hitham application, retired doctors are giving advice to corona patients.
TIMS has 1350 beds, oxygen facility, while 81  percent of people without symptoms get positive,  19 percent with symptoms will get it.

The government improved facilities in all districts for people to get treatment for Corona.  While 14 percent of people need ventilation services five percent not and we offer all tests free of cost.  The government will help those in home isolation and others with serious symptoms will be treated in hospitals.
