Suryapet District Superintendent of Police, Sunpreet Singh, promptly visited the site of the crash and took stock of the situation. He engaged in a discussion with Suryapet Sub-Division Deputy Superintendent of Police Ravi and instructed them to implement necessary measures to prevent future accidents of this nature.

Authorities arrived quickly at the scene, initiating rescue operations to transport the injured to medical facilities and beginning an investigation into the cause of the collision. Preliminary reports indicate that negligence in adhering to road safety measures may have contributed to the accident. The police are focusing on why the sand-laden lorry was parked on the roadside, which might have obstructed the bus’s path.

This tragic incident underscores the critical need for enhanced road safety protocols and strict adherence to traffic regulations to prevent such disasters in the future. The police investigation is ongoing as they work to determine the full details of the accident.
