As birthday wishes for ace cricketer Virat Kohli continue to pour in, Hyderabadis have gone above and beyond to express their affection for their favorite. On Saturday, fans unveiled a massive 50-foot cutout of the batsman at Sudharshan theatre in RTC X Roads.
Previously, cutouts of football stars Lionel Messi (30 feet) and Neymar Jr (40 feet) were installed in a village in the Kozhikode district of Kerala. This cut-out at Sudharshan theatre is said to be the largest of its kind for a cricketer.
The former Indian team captain turned 34 and is currently a member of the squad competing in the eighth edition of the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia.
The Indian run machine continues to add feathers to his illustrious cap with 477 international matches and 24,350 runs.
Kohli has been in outstanding form in this T20 World Cup. He has only been sent off once this World Cup, against South Africa, and is currently averaging 222. He achieved an undefeated fifty against Bangladesh, the Netherlands, and Pakistan.
The former India captain also broke Mahale Jayawardene’s previous T20 World Cup record for the most runs scored. Kohli and Jayawardene are the only cricketers who have scored more than a thousand runs in the T20 World Cup.

India will be hoping that Kohli can continue his recent form when they face Zimbabwe on Sunday. India will win the group and advance to the semifinals if they defeat Zimbabwe. A loss, on the other hand, would seriously jeopardize their chances.
On the occasion of her husband Virat Kohli’s 34th birthday, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma shared a series of hilarious photos of him.
