GO Released for Rs 500 Cr for Dalit Bandhu, Pilot Project from Huzurabad

Telangana Government today released Rs 500 cr towards implementation of Dalit Bandhu scheme for SCs empowerment. A GO was issued from the government of the Finance Department in this regard according to information.

With this, the state government has come forward to start its Dalit Bandhu scheme from the Huzurabad segment as a pilot project which going for by-polls.

The Government has issued orders in this regard citing that the funds to be used for the Dalit Bandhu scheme from Huzurabad as a pilot project.

Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao has kept his promise to release funds for the Dalit Bandhu scheme to be launched on a pilot project at Huzurabad wherein by-polls are to be held in near future.

The chief minister already started the program of Dalit Bandhu began the scheme from Vasalamarii village.

He declared giving financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the villagers when he addressed a public meeting in the village.

KCR announced to give Rs 10 lakh each to 76 families in Vasalamarri village of Yadadri Bhuvangiri district en route to his Erravalli farm house. With this entire Dalit Community in the state and Huzurabad segment celebrated the occasion by firing crackers.

They also offered sweets and extended thanks to the chief minister and the TRS government for the release of Rs 500 cr.

The Dalit leaders said that the community will now develop as KCR took steps by releasing the funds.
