Guv Tamilisai, Hm Ali Inaugurate 81st National Industrial Exhibition Amid Corona Protocols

Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan and Home Minister Mahamood Ali today launched 81st National Exhibition at Nampally grounds here amid Corona protocols.

Soundararajan said that the pandemic which disturbed the people is to diminish in the near future in 2022. The governor extended greetings to the people on the New Year occasion and hoped that they will be unburdened from the virus. The exhibition offers trade and entertainment reflecting the unity of the country, she noted. Through the trade and business in the society for 45 days, the government gets income as it offers all support for the smooth conduct of the exhibition.

Better facilities are made in the exhibition as the society offers better education facilities to the poor. She appreciated the exhibition society for working towards the noble cause of Nampally grounds giving education to the poor. About 10000 people, directly and indirectly, getting employment from the society, she said. The exhibition be a grand success, with appropriate Covid behavior to check Omicron around.

Mahamood Ali appealed to the people to follow Corona protocols in the exhibition. The society has taken all measures to check corona spread, fire accidents that occurred last time he said. He hoped that the exhibition will be available for 45 days. The people should wear masks and police to take steps to follow protocols, the home minister said. He said that finance minister T Harish Rao who is the chairman of the society could not attend the event and he represents the same.

The exhibition society conducted a program to inaugurate a 45 days long exhibition in the city. The Governor and Minister lighted the lamp to mark the inauguration of the national exhibition. The exhibition society as per the guidelines of the State Government has taken all measures. About 1500 stalls are being set up in the exhibition premises to display a wide variety of clothes, utensils, and materials for the public. The people will have to follow strictly the corona protocols to enter the same, according to organizers.

The organizers took measures to see that all the stalls follow corona protocols and ensure every one wear masks. Society president and secretary Prabha Shankar, Aditya Vinay, Neeraj and others of the society present.
