Hathras (Uttar Pradesh): Seema Kushwaha, lawyer of the 2012 Delhi victim of gang-rape, known as Nirbhaya’s , will currently battle the case of the Hathras rape victim.

Nirbhaya’s Lawyer Seema attempted to meet the Hathras rape victim family on Thursday, yet was kept from meeting them by the police.

She said that she was in contact with the casualty’s brother.

Kushwaha was the family legal counselor of the 23-year-old paramedical student who was raped on a moving bus the evening of December 16, 2012, by six individuals, which also included a juvenile in Delhi.

The girl passed away at a Singapore hospital later.

Each of the four convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya rape and murder case, Akshay Singh Thakur, Vinay Sharma, Pawan Gupta and Mukesh Singh, were hanged to death in March, this year.

The 19-year-old Hathras young girl had died to attack wounds in Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital on Tuesday, where she was taken on Monday from the Aligarh Muslim University Medical College.

The government has shaped a three-member SIT to investigate the case and said the issue will be heard in the fast track court. Every one of the four charged for the situation have been taken into custody.

Prashant Kumar, Director General, has stated that the post mortem, which was led by a group of doctors in Delhi, has set up that the death of the victim was brought about by the trauma of her neck injury and there was no affirmation of rape.
