Hyderabad: While extending its earlier order not to arrest petitioner-accused K Krishna Milan Rao in Biodiversity flyover accident case up to January 3 next year, the High Court today faulted the police for altering Section 304-A IPC (causing death by negligence) to culpable homicide against the accused.
Rao, who was facing charges in the case, approached the court seeking stay on his arrest and quashing of the FIR filed against him.
