Hyderabad: Traffic Restriction In View Of Pragathi Nivedhana Sabha

Hyderabad: TRS Party is holding “Pragathi Nivedhana Sabha” at Konarkalam of Ranga Reddy District in the limits of Adibatla P.S. on September 2 evening.

The following Traffic Advisory is being issued for all routes and places in and around Hyderabad City and would apply from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight on September 2 (Sunday) for the purpose of smooth public movement especially to the vehicles moving along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the adjoining service roads.

ADVISORY TO GENERAL PUBLIC

General Public travelling to /from Airport, Railway Stations and Bus Stands are advised to plan their journey keeping in view the likely movement of people attending meeting in and around the city of Hyderabad. For any Enquiry / Help a Traffic Control Room at Adibatla P.S. is setup with Helpline No.s. 9493 549 410 / 9493 549 411.

Please avoid movement on ORR and the adjoining service roads between 10:00 AM to Midnight on September 2. All Emergency services / Ambulances will be given priority and commuters are requested to co-operate in the free movement of such vehicles.

Drivers of heavy Goods vehicles are advised not to use ORR on September 2 from 10:00AM to 12:00 midnight. They are advised to take alternative routes and take guidance of police officers posted at such places.

Heavy traffic movement is likely along the following roads:

Kukatpally- Miyapur- Hafeezpet- Gachibowli – ORR Route., Uppal- Nagole- L.B Nagar- Sagar Road , Private bus operators intending to proceed towards Vijayawada and Bangalore are requested to plan their departure from Hyderabad as there may be heavy traffic movement along these roads from 8 PM (02-09-2018) to 1 AM (03-09-2018).

Movement along all the National / State High ways leading to Hyderabad is likely to be more on September 2 morning 08:00 AM to evening 06:00 PM. Similarly movement from Hyderabad along all National / State High Ways is likely to be more on September 2 evening 07:00 PM to 03-09-2018 early morning hours (upto 05:00AM). General Public travelling to / from Hyderabad by road are requested to plan their travel accordingly.

Several police officers have been deployed at all important places to guide public for free movement during the priod to avoid any inconvenience.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONSTO PARTICIPANTS OF PUBLIC MEETING.

Participants arriving to attend meeting on Tractors are advised to come in advance on September 1, evening hours only and they should leave venue on September 3 morning hours only.

Slow moving vehicles are prohibited on ORR. Autos, Two wheelers, Tractors are prohibited on ORR. Cars, Lorries, and Buses are permitted.

All parking places are located close to the public meeting venue. Vehicles reaching the venue should strictly take the designated route and park their vehicles at designated parking places. All parking places are numbered and participants are requested to make a note of it.

Participants of the meeting will have to walk from the parking area to meeting venue.

Public are requested not to Park / stop the vehicles enroute, Highways, ORR and its service road to ensure Road safety and free flow of traffic as sufficient parking places are provided very near to the venue.

Signages have been arranged all along the routes for facilitating easy public movement.

Please follow the Signages carefully.

Drivers are requested to obey all Traffic rules and regulations to ensure road safety.

After completion of Public meeting Drivers and public are requested to go back from the parking places duly ensuring that all the passengers have boarded the concerned vehicle.

After completion of Public meeting, drivers are requested to proceed back to their places along the same route through which they have reached the meeting venue.

The Public & Drivers are requested to co-operate with the Police in maintaining peace and tranquillity, by obeying the instructions of police from time to time, as the police arranged temporary diversion points to reach the venue to avoid traffic jams.

Media vehicles are requested to take Exit 14 (Thukkuguda) on ORR – Right turn – Service Road- and then enter through Venkat Reddy yoga Asharam route to the Media parking place (P-6) which is close to the meeting venue.(NSS)
