It is anti-employees government, terms Vamshichand Reddy

Hyderabad: Former MLA of Congress party and AICC Secretary Challa Vamshichand Reddy today termed the state government as anti-employees government. He said that the state government had not implemented PRC or given DA and IR to its employees so far. He alleged that the Chief Minister of the State KCR who termed the employees and government teachers as his two eyes had not released the PRC so far.

He also alleged that the Chief Minister had not filled up fresh vacancies in the state. He alleged that the state government was removing more employees than appointing them. Reddy said that the best example to prove the anti-employees attitude of the State government was its decision to not execute interstate transfers of its employees even after 7 years of the formation of the state. He said that most of the employees who are couples were living two different states due to their jobs and were scared of becoming the victims of the Covid 19 virus. Reddy wrote a letter to the Chief Minister on the issue and urged him to solve various problems faced by the government employees of the state. Referring to the orders issued by the chief secretaries of AP and Telangana states on August 7, 2017, the interstate transfers of the employees should be completed within two months d the issuance of the orders.

He alleged that several files related to the transfers were lying pending with the section officers of the concerned departments. He alleged that the transfers of those employees who are paying bribes were being issued in a hasty manner. He alleged that some officials of the department were processing the files of the employees who paid bribes to them while keeping the files of the other employees pending. He said that the Last date for completing the transfer process was extended four times so far.
