Jagadish hits out on Vikramaka for power, irrigation jibe

Hyderabad: Energy Minister,  G Jagadish Reddy today slammed the Congress leader Bhatti Vikramarka for his comments on the power sector, irrigation systems, farmers’ suicides, and other issues.

During a short debate on power,  and agriculture the minister hit out at the previous Congress regime that dumped farmers and people.

The minister flayed that frequent power cuts saw during Congress rulers as its leaders tell lies on projects and suicides.  However, the TRS leadership on coming to power set right the things in just six months he claimed.  Bhadradri project will be completed as planned the minister said.

It was delayed by the congress leaders who moved NGT he added.  We have increased power production giving 24-hour power to farm sector,  completed irrigation systems Jagadish said. While Congress did poor works and told lies there were suicides he said.

Now in suicides declined as farmers are happy with the power supply,  the Bandhu financial support,  rythu Bhima the minister said.  He asked the congress as to why its ruling states are not giving free power to farmers.  The KCR government us farmers and people-friendly he said.  No other governments in the country are implementing welfare schemes like Telangana,  Reddy added.
