Ministers G Jagdish Reddy and V Srinivas Goud today questioned Congress contestant Jana Reddy whether 40 years of service not enough in politics.
During their campaign for TRS candidate Nomula Bhagat in Nellikallu area for Nagarjuna Sagar segment bypolls on April 17, they slammed Jana Reddy for not developing the constituency.
They hit out at the congress leader for not competing Nellikallu lift irrigation project. TRS senior leaders claimed that several programs of welfare, development are going in for voting the TRS.
Since the TRS Government prefers welfare it spends Rs 40000 Cr they stated. This was possible only Telangana as Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is determined for welfare. Our government us completing the Nellikallu lift irrigation project to address water issue they said. We will win the polls and sure complete the project to irrigate thousands of acres, the ministers said.
They criticized Jana Reddy for failing to develop Nagarjuna Sagar segment for four decades. Jana Reddy has no right and is aged to secure people. TRS candidate Nomula Bhagat is young will continue Narsimhaiah legacy to develop and will work for people they said. They urged people support Bhagat to win with huge majority in the polls. Accusing the senior congress leaders of stalling development by moving courts the ministers urged people to vote for TRS candidate Nomula Bhagat for more development.
They appealed the people to reject the congress leader for failing to address Nellikallu water problems. The TRS. Soon the Government will give water through Nellikallu lift irrigation they said. Chief minister K Chandra sekhar Rao has said to turn true the dream of this lift irrigation they said.
The Ministers said that welfare schemes will help Bhagat win the Nagarjuna Sagar bypoll despite Jana Reddy campaign. Welfare schemes by KCR government will get support from people he said. They expressed confidence that Bhagat will get huge majority as the Sagar people are in favour of welfare and development. The congress will face defeat as Jana Reddy faces people ire in the polls on April 17.
The minister ridiculed the former Minister for fighting the polls in the old age as he will face defeat. He attributed schemes to the vision and commitment of KCR government. Jana Reddy can do nothing as he didn’t do as seven times MLA and minister for 14 years they ridiculed. The Congress leaders have no right to ask for votes for coming in the way of development.
They urged Nagarjuna Sagar people segment to support Bhagath to continue Narsimhaiah legacy of more welfare and development. The ministers stated that the welfare programs and development done and irrigation projects will get them huge majority.
The TRS Government noted for giving water for irrigation, potable water, pensions, Rythu bandhu rythu bhima, rythu Vedikas, and marriage benefit of Rs 1 lakh and KCR Kits, the ministers added.
