Jagga Reddy slams BJP state Chief Bandi Sanjay

Hyderabad: Congress party MLA Jagga Reddy today came down heavily on state BJP President Bandi Sanjay Kumar and alleged that the saffron party leader was inciting the youth of Telangana instead of talking about public problems. He asked Sanjay if he still remembered the promises made by his party before coming into power at the Center. He also asked Sanjay as to what happened to the ₹15 lakh to every citizen of India promise of PM Narendra Modi.

He asked Sanjay if he would get the  ₹15 lakh to every resident of the Telangana after talking to the PM. He wondered as to why the state BJP chief was not answering these questions while noting that Sanjay always talks about gods and temples. He made these remarks while addressing media persons at Assembly media point.

Speaking further he alleged that the BJP made a hue and cry when fuel and domestic had cylinder prices were increased marginally. He asked Sanjay as to what his party was doing now. He also wondered if the present union minister Smriti Irani had forgotten her protest program by holding the gas cylinders in her hands. He demanded answers from Sanjay on all the unfulfilled promises made by his party. He wanted to know from the state president of the saffron party whether he would talk to the PM and bring down the prices of petrol, which were just ₹40 per liter.

He said that the diesel price which was just ₹38 per liter had jumped to ₹78 per litre in the BJP rule. He warned Sanjay that the congress party would fix a deadline for the BJP president if he failed to bring down the crude oil prices.
