KCR like God for Yadavas, Sheep prg from Jammikunta on July 28: Srinivas Yadav

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is like God for Yadavas as they get sheep units, according to Animal Husbandry, and Fisheries Minister, T Srinivas Yadav.

The second phase of sheep distribution to be started at Jammikunta in Karim Nagar district on July 28, the Minister said.

Srinivas Yadav said that the Sheep distribution to empower the Yadava community is the brainchild of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, he said.

Along with BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister, G Kamalakar and local leaders, Srinivas Yadav held a meeting at Jammikunta in Karim Nagar district. The meeting is a prelude to the second phase of the sheep distribution program and asked the officials to complete the process for the same.

The KCR Government is determined to develop Golla and Kuruma (Yadavas) community in the state of Telangana through schemes and spending huge funds, the minister said.

We have got some DDs towards the sheep units and to get more from the Huzurabad segment. The TRS Government is focusing on the Huzurabad segment going to by-poll as the government already announced to take up Dalit Empowerment scheme from this place.

He informed that 2874 DDs have been received and 1500 more to be received from Huzurabad. He appealed that the Yadava community people should avail of the program and benefit in the future. The state government spends Rs 11000 cr as the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao recently announced Rs 6000 cr for the second phase of sheep distribution. The government increased the sheep unit cost to Rs 1,75000 from Rs 1,25000 he said.

Stating that the government built a Yadava community building in 5 acres in Hyderabad he said that 100 ambulances are made available for the sheep to get treatment. On dialing the 1098 phone number the Yadavas can provide treatment and injections to the sheep, he informed.

KCR is determined to develop Golla and Kuruma (Yadavas) community through schemes and spending huge funds he claimed. Telangana state has been spending Rs 45000 cr for welfare and no other state is doing so, the minister claimed. This can be attributed to the vision and commitment of the Chief Minister he added
