Hyderabad: BJP Senior Leader G. Kishan Reddy on Wednesday lashed out at Congress party leader Kapil Sibal and hacker Syed Shuja for making allegations of murder of 11 innocent people in connection with an EVM hacking issue. The hacker Shuja, had alleged that Reddy had killed 11 people on May 13, 2014 with the help of his gunmen in the city. He also said that Reddy had portrayed the entire firing incident and subsequent killings of the innocent people as a result of a communal riots while alleging that Reddy did this to hack the EVM machines. Shuja made these allegations while talking to a group of people in London.
Addressing media persons in the city, Kishen Reddy wondered as to why the then state government didn’t file any criminal case against him. He said that he had already lodged a complaint with the DGP of the state against Congress leader Kapil Sibal and the hacker Shuja. He dared the congress leader to point out the defects in the EVMs. He demanded the state government to inquire into the allegations made by the hacker and find out the details related to the same. Reddy said that he would have become the chief minister of the state had he knew the art of EVM hacking. (NSS)
