Komatireddy dedicates two National Highways to nation along with Union Minister Nitin Gadkari

Hyderabad: The Congress party MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today inaugurated two National Highways (NH), which traverse his constituency Bhongir along with union minister Nitin Gadkari today in virtual mode from the office of NHAI in the city.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that his continuous efforts and hard work led to the speedy completion of two NHS leading to their inauguration. He said that the two roads had been dedicated to the nation from today. Reddy also revealed that funds for two other highways had been sanctioned by the central government.

Talking about the just inaugurated highways he said that the 66.5 km long NH -365 between Nakrekal to Tanamcherla was expanded by spending ₹605.8 crores. He said that 99.1 km long NH-163 between yadadri to Warangal had been expanded by spending ₹1889.72 crores.

He said that he had met with the union minister concerned and urged him also take up the expansion of nakrekal to Nagarjuna Sagar NH road. He also said that he had urged the central minister to expand the NH-65 between Hyderabad-Vijayawada into an 8-lane road from LB Nagar to Andale Gudimalkapur Mysamma from the existing 6-lane road. Following this, the union minister Gadkari sanctioned ₹390 crore for Nakrekal -Nagarjuna Sagar project and ₹600 crores for the LB Nagar Andole Mysamma project.
