Komatireddy Offers to Resign from His Post in Exchange for His Constituency Development

Congress Party MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy today offered to resign from his MP post if the C solved all the pending problems in his seat and build roads.

Going a step ahead, he also said that he would even write a bond stating that he would not contest in the next MP elections for the sake of the development of his constituency. He made these remarks while addressing a meeting of the party leaders and workers in Choutuppal Mandal.

Speaking on the occasion he alleged that ₹1350 crore bills of the contractors were pending in the state and claimed that some contractors had committed suicides due to the non-payment of the bills and mounting burden of the loans. He also claimed that none were coming forward to take up public works as a result of the attitude of the state government to clear the pending bills. Reddy said that he would raise the issue of the revitalization of the Musi river in parliament.

Targeting CM KCR he mocked that dictator Hitler would have cried after seeing the CM and his feudal rule. He alleged that the officials were not following protocol for the opposition party MLAs and MPs in the state.

He said that there was no place for the Dalits in the state cabinet and added that the CM was completely know how to cheat the Dalits in the name of  Dalit bandhu scheme.

He alleged that he did not get the appointment of the CM although he has been trying to get it since the last two years.

Venkat Reddy also made it clear that he did not have any differences with the newly appointed TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy and added that he had told Revanth to work together for strengthening the party.
