KTR pats Dayakar, vows for rural development

Municipal and IT Minister KT Rama Rao today appreciated Panchayat Raj Minister E Dayakar Rao over 12 awards from the Centre. In a program here the IT Minster felicitated Dayakar on the awards through the Deendayal Upadhyay Panchayat Sashaktikaran program. He promised to give more funds for village development in the future.

 

The MAUD Minister appreciated that the Panchayat Raj minister and officials collectively achieved the awards. The vision and commitment of chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao have fetched the awards and thanks for the persistent efforts for village development with more facilities.

The state government is offering Rs 300 crores for village Panchayats on regular basis to increase facilities and provide better amenities, KTR said.

The Centre offered our state 12 awards for village development and clean environment due to the foresight and commitment of chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. In a statement here the minister expressed happiness at the central awards being offered by Deendayal Upadhyay Panchayat Sashakitikaran.

KTR said that KCR government efforts and steps by the officials got the awards.  We can attribute the same to the vision and dedication followed by various programs to the chief minister. KTR said that Telangana is noted for haritha haram and planting crores of plantings and palle Pragati program.

The Minister said that Pattana Pragati, nurseries, Vaikuntha dhammas (cemeteries), and dumping yards are increased to cater to the needs of the people he said.

He said that villages got a facelift with roads, power supply, street lights, drainage system, sanitation, and towns also the government is ready to push them with more funds for further development he said.
