Lok Sabha Witnessed Three Adjournments Over Minister’s Nehru Trust Remark

The Lok Sabha saw three adjournments on Friday after its procedures were disturbed because of a ruckus over Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Thakur’s comment about the first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru National Relief Fund

Talking on the Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation and Amendment of Certain Provisions) Bill, 2020 Thakur brought up issues on Nehru’s trust which he guaranteed isn’t yet enlisted despite the fact that it was set up in 1948 on Nehru’s requests.
