Mallu Ravi slams strategist Prashant Kishore

TPCC senior Vice President Mallu Ravi today came down heavily on noted political strategist Prashant Kishore and termed Prashant as a political broker.

He expressed his anger at Prashant and said that the political strategist had criticized the Congress party by crossing his status.

He condemned the criticism of the party by Prashant. He made it clear that the Congress party was an embodiment of an ideology and added that Prashant did not have an ideology.

He mocked that Prashant would work for those who pay money to him. Ravi said that the people of the country have secularism in their DNA and added that their party would work according to the DNA of the people of the country.

He reminded that the manifesto of the congress party was nothing but the constitution of the country and added that all the members of the constitution committee were their party leaders.

Ravi said that their party leader Rahul Gandhi was working the keep the party ideals like secularism, socialism, social justice, and freedom intact. He said that the country had developed in an all-around manner during the rule of the congress party.

He said that the BJP led central government was selling away all public sector undertakings in its rule now. He said that the prices of all essential commodities were going up in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rule.

He asked Prashant Kishore to stop criticizing the congress party and warned him of facing dire consequences if he did not do so.

Commenting on the comments of the AP Minister to merge AP with the Telangana state, Ravi said that the party was strongly opposing the comments of the minister. Referring to the decision of the state government to not buy paddy crops from the farmers, he faulted them and asked the state government as to what it was doing when the center declined to buy them.

He asked the state government as to why it should not buy the paddy. He alleged that the state government was trying to escape from its responsibility by throwing the blame on the sensitive issue on the central government.
