A father and son have been arrested for the kidnapping and murder of their rival after getting him released from jail on bail.
Father-son duo booked for the murder of a rival. Body of the dead yet to be found.
Case booked under section 364 and section 504 of IPC.

Shaira Begum who is a resident of Naugwan Pakadia village is the wife of the dead and has accused Shabbir and his son Amir of Baghpat of the murder of her husband Feroz Ali as they allegedly had a rivalry which resulted in his murder.
Shaira stated that the father-son duo had made several attempts to murder her husband but could not succeed. However, four months ago, her husband had gone out of home for some work and did not return. After searching for him, she later came to know that he had been booked for jail in a case registered under the Arms Act.
When inquired with the police department through her lawyer on January 29th, she learned that Shabbir and Amir had gained a bail order for Feroz just two days after he was sent to the jail. They had then kidnapped her husband after he came out of prison.

Shaira then went to court when the police department failed to pursue the killers of her complaint. Following the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s directorate, the police department has then booked Shabbir and his son Amir. The body of the deceased is however yet to be recovered.
SHO Shrikant Dwivedi of Sungarhi police station said that the accused were booked under Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 364 (kidnapping in order to murder) and 506 (criminal intimidation) and have assured that search operation teams have been deployed to search the body of the deceased.
