Metro Rail to Introduce Parking Fees at Nagole and Miyapur Metro Stations

L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited has announced that parking fees will be introduced at two key metro stations in Hyderabad as part of an effort to enhance the management and efficiency of its facilities. Starting August 25, parking fees will be implemented at Nagole Metro Station, followed by Miyapur Metro Station on September 1.

In preparation for this change, a trial run was conducted at the Nagole parking facility on Wednesday to test the new systems and assess their functionality. The pilot run aimed to ensure that the parking process would be seamless and efficient for commuters.

The new parking facilities are designed to provide organized and streamlined parking services. Key features include clearly marked areas for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, improved amenities such as bio-toilets, and 24/7 CCTV surveillance to enhance security. Additionally, the facilities will offer convenient payment options through an app-based system using QR codes.

The parking fee details have been prominently displayed at both Nagole and Miyapur Metro Stations to ensure passengers are well-informed about the new charges. This step is part of L&T Metro Rail’s broader initiative to upgrade its infrastructure and improve the overall commuting experience for Hyderabad residents.

For further updates and information, commuters are advised to keep an eye on announcements at the metro stations and on L&T Metro Rail’s official channels.
