Modi government to see farmers ire: Talasani Srinivas Yadav

Hyderabad: Animal Husbandry Minister, Talasani Srinivas Yadav today hit out at the Modi government on passing the agriculture bill despite opposition parties opposing. The minister demanded that the Centre has to cancel the bill to protect states’ and farmers’ interests.

Talking to media persons Talasani Srinivas Yadav accused the BJP government at the center is against the farmers as there is growing protest across the country.  The BJP government will face punishment and public ire for such undemocratic laws he fumed.  The BJP government is failing to understand the woes of the farmers and bid to privatize the farming will ruin their lives.

The state government gas opposed the draconian agriculture bill as many other states opposition g it.  The Centre has to cancel the bill to. Protect states and farmers’ interests he demanded. We will continue protests with other panties until the agriculture bill was canceled he said.  He also slammed the Congress leaders for running away midway from seeing the double bedroom houses.

The Congress leaders failed to see the double bedroom housing units under construction in the city of GHMC Limits at more than 100 places.  He said that Congress leader Bhatti  Vikramarka and others failed to show patience to visit the sites.

We will give them details of the same and they have to visit first and then talk to media on any lapses he said.  The minister said that the government is answerable to them if they get through the works of houses.  We are offering the houses for the poor on the outskirts as there is no land in the city he said. Since there is no space or land in the GHMC limits the government builds the 2 BHK for the poor on the city outskirts.  Our aim is to build 1 lakh houses and give them to the poor on completing the works he said.
The government is spending Rs 10000 cr to build the houses for the poor,  he claimed.  About 15000 houses are ready to occupy and other units are to be completed soon he added.
