Narayan Rane Faces Heavy Criticism Over Slap SLur Against CM Thackeray

The Shiv Sena on Tuesday wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting excusal of Union MSME Minister Narayan Rane from the bureau for his ‘slap slur’ against Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

Shiv Sena Slams Rane Over “Slap Slur”

In his letter, MP and Shiv Sena Group Leader in the Lok Sabha Vinayak B. Raut condemned the language utilized by Rane against the CM of Maharashtra.

“On the evening of August 23, in Mahad, Raigad, Rane said: ‘What sort of CM is this who doesn’t have a clue about the Independence Day of India. In case I was there, I would have slapped him,’ while tending to the media,” Raut said.

He said that he doesn’t think an individual like (Rane) who doesn’t have a clue about his cutoff points as a Union Minister has the privilege to proceed in the bureau. He asked the PM to quickly look for Rane’s renunciation and sack him from the Union Cabinet.

The message came even as enormous exhibitions were held all over Maharashtra against Rane’s remarks with police depending on gentle caning of the dissidents in Mumbai and some different parts when BJP activists met in counter-fights.

Heads of Sena or its partnered wings stopped grumblings with Pune, Nashik and Raigad police requesting Rane’s capture and indictment, stone-pelting in Nashik, Thane, consuming Rane’s likenesses in various regions, demonstrations and different types of fights.

Maha Police Arrests Narayan Rane Over Comments Against CM Thackeray

As per the latest reports, the Maharashtra Police on Tuesday evening went to capture Union Minister Narayan Rane for his ‘slap slur’ against Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, yet confronted opposition from his allies.

A group of police faculty went to Rane’s camp in Sangameshwar in Ratnagiri when he was in transit on his ‘Jan Ashirwad Yatra’ in the Konkan area. This came two or three hours after Rane forcefully challenged that “no one could do anything to him” or keep him from “moving around openly”.
