Nizamabad MP accuses TRS govt of creating Urea shortage in State

Hyderabad: BJP MP from Nizamabad D. Arvind on Thursday claimed that the Centre had supplied adequate stocks of urea to the Telangana State.

Addressing mediapersons here, Aravind alleged that the urea shortage was created in the State due to lack of proper planning by TRS government. He also alleged that the State government had failed to supply urea to the farmers in a proper manner. He also sarcastically said the State government has given a “return gift” to farmers in the State for defeating Chief Minister’s daughter K. Kavitha in Nizamabad Lok Sabha seat. He also alleged that the urea meant for the people of Nizamabad had been diverted to the other districts.

The BJP MP said he would launch agitation on behalf of the farmers in the district over the Urea shortage issue. Alleging that TRS working president KTR does not have any commitment towards the farmers of the State, Aravind said KTR also has confined himself to his father’s farm house. (NSS)
