Rachakonda Police launched Last Ride Services

Hyderabad: The Rachakonda Police launched Last Ride Services in its Limits. Commissioner of Police Mahesh Murlidhar Bhagwat has started the service by flagging off the ambulance service in the premises of the commissionaire Naredmet in the presence of the police officials and others.

Talking to the media Mahesh Bhagwat praised the services of the Feed the needy representatives. Commissioner said that he is grateful to the organization in this regard.

During the Covid Pandemic, after going through the pain of transporting a Covid deceased patient body from Hospital to the cremation ground, Feed The Needy organization Team launched its Free Last Ride Services in Cyberabad, followed by in Hyderabad City. With no of request growing from Rachakonda Commissionerate limits and also request from Commissioner Rachakonda Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat IPS, the organization has now extended Last Ride Services in the Rachakonda Limits.

The Last Ride Services will be free of cost and will cater to carry dead bodies of Covid or Non-Covid, belonging to any caste or creed. The family members or relatives of the deceased can call on 7995404040 to avail of the services. The service will be available from Morning 8 AM – Evening 6 PM and the organization will also take care of the cremation of any deceased body was any near or dear ones are not available to take care of the last rights of their loved ones.

Feed The Needy is a team of 10 IT professionals, who have always in the forefront in serving society for many years. During the Covid pandemic, this team has been on the ground from Day 1, helping to feed migrant & daily wage laborers, also helped to arrange transport to their natives. From 22nd March 2020 to 31st May 2020 provided food & Dry Ration to the needy & migrant people. The representatives of the organization have provided 50,000 food packets & 35,000 Dry Ration/Grocery kits in all over Hyderabad, & in some other cities within the country during the lockdown period.
