Rajasthani, who burgled six houses nabbed

The Malkajgiri CCS police today arrested in Boduppall one Prajapath Suresh, 40, a native of Rajasthan, who was wanted in as many as six house burglaries under Medipally police limits alone. The police recovered 21.5 tolas of gold ornamentss, 18.5 tolas of silver ornaments, one Dell laptop and MI Tab all worth Rs 70,000 along with a Tata Indica car, at his instance.

Police said the accused, a sweetshop owner from Rajasthan, worked as a driver during daytime and turned a burglar in the night, moving around in his own car, was nabbed by the police here on Friday. Police said Suresh was living in the city since 1996 and earlier ran sweet shops at Chengicherla and Manikeshwarnagar but ended up in losses, after which he became a taxi driver, driving his own car. In the nights, he began breaking into locked houses in and around the surrounding areas of Medipally.

Police said the accused started sneaking into the locked houses during late night hours in and around the surrounding areas of Medipally with his own car by breaking the Main door locks. He has committed a total of six house burglary cases under the limits of Medipally police station.
