Ramana Hints at Leaving TDP

The Telangana TDP president L. Ramana today hinted at leaving the party that he served for a long time. He asked the party cadres to not expect anything from him if he left the party.

He made these remarks during his meeting with the party leaders and workers to find out their opinion on his political future.

He said that he had not put any hope on any MLA, MLC, and minister’s post. Referring to the ruling TRS party leaders, he said that 70 percent of the TRS leaders were his friends.

He said that he had worked as the MP and minister in his political career and added that he was made the state president by the national president of the TDP Nara Chandrababu Naidu as the latter liked his work.

He said that the TDP was not able to regain its lost ground in the Telangana state even after making a lot of efforts.
