HYDERABAD: Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy today said that Rythu Bandhu is of great help to Asara for the farming community in the state.
From 2018 the KCR government has offered staggering financial support to them he claimed. The government he said, has credited Rs 35660.65 cr into the bank accounts of the farmers the minister said. Only Telangana has been implementing such a big scheme in the country he said.
We are keeping the promise of giving financial aid to our farmers, now for Yasangi season, Niranjan Reddy said. He informed that Rythu Bandhu financial support will be given to all the farmers as promised by the government.
Reddy clarified that for the first and second phases Rs 4000 per acre was deposited and for the rest of the four phases Rs 5000 per acre given. In three years Rs 28000 per acre given to the farmers. The amount given to their bank accounts was put at Rs 7351.74 cr to 59.16. lakhs families Niranjan Reddy said.
The government offers it to those with 10 acres of land who got this benefit first and others will get the same soon. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has offered about Rs 7115 cr towards the implementation of the same he said. The government keeps its promise of financial aid to farmers in the state for Yasangi season Reddy added.
