Hyderabad: The City Police, taking into the consideration the implementation of M-Governance across Hyderabad Police Commissionerate and automation of the Police Administration, functional processes through IT Solutions has initiated for the procurement of Samsung Tabs for the officers of Rank of Addl. DCP, ACP, Inspector and Sub-Inspectors of Police.
Accordingly, about 409 Samsung Tabs which are intended for all Sub- Inspectors, Inspectors, ACsP& Addl. DCsP of all L&O wing of Hyderabad City have been distributed by Anjani Kumar, Commissioner of Police, today at the Conference Hall, CP Office.
On the eve of distribution programme, Commissioner of Police had reiterated the importance of technology tools and necessary IT Infrastructure and also briefed certain mobile applications along with their functional importance in the areas of crime prevention and detection as a part of police service delivery.
During this program Smt. Shikha Goel, Addl.CP. Crime & Sit, DS.Chauhan,, Addl.CP. L&O, .T.Murali Krishna,, Addl.CP. CAR, M.Shiva Prasad, Addl.CP. Admn , Tarun Joshi,, Jt.CP. SB and all DCPs, of North,West, East zone and Sis and Inspectors, ACPs, Addl.DCP were present.(NSS)
