Satyavathi Rathod Starts Shishu Vihar Health Unit at Niloufer Hospital

Tribal Welfare Minister Satyavathi Rathod today said that the government is providing immediate help and support to orphan and street children in the state.

She launched a special health unit of Shishu Vihar for children at Niloufer Hospital in the city here.

Later Rathod told media persons that the hospital was noted in the country to provide the best services to the children.

The minister said that health minister T Harish Rao has launched a 100 bed ICU facility at the Hospital. It can be attributed to the commitment of the state government for children in the state, Rathod said.

We have launched special shelters to offer education, medical services to the street children and orphans here, she said.

The state government is taking all measures to provide help and health facilities and education as well, the minister claimed.
