Hyderabad: Senior Congress leader V Hanumantha Rao today alleged that the State government was hatching a conspiracy to divert the attention of the people from the sensational Hajipur serial murder cases of girls.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday, Hanumantha Rao said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who had enough time to visit his daughter K Kavitha’s house to enquire about the health condition of his grandson, had no time to console family members of the victims of the Hajipur incident. He alleged that the State government was not fulfilling their demands of Rs 50 lakh ex gratia to the victims of the Hajipur incident and provision of road and bridge to the village. (NSS)
