Finance Minister T Harish Rao today participated in some development programs in Siddipet. He inaugurated a Rythu Vedika and spoke to the farmers on the better practices in the Siddipet district.
He said that the Rythu Bandhu amount was paid to the farmers by the KCR Government. The TRS government is for the welfare of the poor and the farmers he said. Later the finance minister participated in farming activities.
Harish Rao surprised by becoming a farmer for time being in his district. He spread seeds in the farm field which will decrease water use and avoid time.

Local leaders were present in the program. Harish Rao said that spreading cultivation practice will help avoid wastage of water.
It will protect about 30 percent of water and crops will grow in less time he said. And farmers can get paddy crops 15 days earlier.
