Hyderabad: Stating that the State government was committed to helping families of deceased RTC employees, Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today distributed job letters and financial assistance to the RTC employees’ kin.
The minister, at his Marredpally residence, gave job letters and Rs 2 lakh ex gratia to the kin. Speaking on the occasion, Srinivas Yadav said Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had promised to help the RTC during the strike period. He also recalled KCR’s statement that the RTC will be made to earn benefits and see the employees as his children.
As promised, the government was offering jobs and financial support to the RTC employees. He exhorted RTC employees to work hard with commitment, the minister gave police job letters to Sankirth, son of conductor Surender Goud of Rani Gunj depot, Renuka Rani, wife of Driver Jayaraj Rs 2 lakh ex gratia each.
