Southwest monsoon has been active in Telangana, normal in Coastal Andhra Pradesh and weak in Rayalaseema, Meteorological Department said on Sunday.
In bulletin here, it warned that under its influence, heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated paces in districts of Adilabad, Komaram Bheem, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Manchiryal, Rajanna Siricilla, Peddapalli, Karimnagar, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Warangal, Mahabubabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Suryapet and Nalagonda district of Telangana during the next three days, The bulletin also warned that heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places In the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna and Guntur of Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next two days.
Very heavy rain occured at isolated places in the district of Mahabubabad and heavy rain occured at isolated places in the districts of Warangal Rural, Khammam and B Kothagudem of Telangana and in Krishna district of Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the last 24 hours.
