This IT center in Nizamabad is part of the Telangana government’s attempt to decentralize the growth of the IT sector and spread its benefits across the state. KT Rama Rao had earlier stated his intention to establish IT centres in numerous other districts, including Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda, Siddipet, and Adilabad.
In places like Warangal, Khammam, and Karimnagar, the state has already built strong IT clusters. This growth is in line with the state government’s “3D Mantra,” which emphasizes digitization, decarbonization, and decentralization. As part of its objective to foster balanced growth across the state, the government intends to introduce IT services and opportunities to tier-II towns.
