TPCC leaders writes to SEC on Errabelli’s threat to voters

Hyderabad: G. Niranjan, Convener, Election Commission Coordination Committee & PCC Official Spokesperson has written a letter to V. Nagi Reddy, Commissioner, State Election Commission alleging that Errabelli Dayakar Rao, State Minister, threatened the voters in violation of MCC – action.

He alleged that Minister for Panchayati Raj Errabelli Dayakar Rao while speaking at an election meeting held at Thorrur, in Mahbubabad District on Saturday threatened the voters of dire consequences if they do not vote for the TRS and he would find out whom they voted for. “They should vote for TRS without making any mistake and he will be in power for four more years.

The TPCC spokesperson also enclosed a press clipping of a newspaper to substantiate his charge. “These threatening utterances are clear violation of Model Code of Conduct and we request you to seek an explanation from the minister as to how he will know to whom the voter voted for and to take action against Errabelli Dayakar Rao for violation of Model Code of conduct immediately.
