Hyderabad : The TRS has announced Saidi Reddy as its candidate for Huzur Nagar which will be a tri-angular fight as the opposition parties like the Congress and the BJP too making a strong pitch.
TRS boss and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has offered B Form to Saidi Reddy at Pragathi Bhavan yesterday. The Congress high command gave its nod for fielding former MLA Padmavathi, wife of TPCC Chief N Utham Kumar Reddy to contest.
The BJP also finalised its candidate and roping in Srikala Reddy who has political background in the united Nalgonda district. The BJP state president K Lakshman said that the people are fed up with the corruption and feudal rule of the KCR Government. The BJP will win by-poll and become alternative to the TRS rule by family members, he charged.
The TRS Working president and Minister KT Rana Rao has asked people to teach the congress a fitting lesson for failiure to develop the district and not addressing fluoride problem for decades. KTR also expressed confidence that the people of Nalgonda and Huzur Nagar will support the KCR Government in the polls for welfare and development. He also flayed that the congress and the BJP involved in blame game and false charges on irrigation systems and development. (NSS)
