TRS MPs storm Parliament, demand Centre Procure Paddy, fix MSP

TRS MPs today continued their protest in the parliament during its session on issues pertaining to paddy procurement and clarity on the yearly target to clear the stocks from Telangana and others.

The MPs showed placards at the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on the same matter. They also stormed into the well of the house in the upper house and the Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu instructed them to stop creating pandemonium.

The TRS MPs have raised slogans demanding the BJP Government in the Centre to come up with an MSP Act for farm produce, bring out a uniform farm procurement policy, and address related issues. The MPs sought the Centre to take a call in favor of the demands of the farmers in the country.
