TRS Will Win More Seats: Tribal Welfare Minister

Tribal Welfare Minister Satyavathi Rathod claimed that the TRS will regain power in future Assembly polls as the government of KCR has been developing the state with huge funds. She accused the opposition parties of indulging in a misinformation campaign on the welfare schemes.

After holding a review meeting in Nirmal district with Endowment and Forest minister Indrakaran Reddy Rathod claimed that the villages and towns are on the path of development.

The Chief Minister has been keen on developing all sections with multiple schemes of welfare and development. Agriculture, irrigation and other sectors flourished with KCR’s foresight and plan, the minister said.

The minister said that with people and farmers happy the TRS will win more seats than before in future polls. She said that in addition to giving all support of 24-hour free power to farming, the KCR Government offers Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima, she said.

The minister said that the government has waived off about Rs 17000 cr crop loans and gave a big boost to farmers. The KCR Government aims to make farming a festival and farmers a king by better schemes and policies. The BJP and the congress are resorting to criticism on the schemes which are developing the state continuously. The Opposition parties are jealous of the development and coming in the way, she pointed out. Despite the opposition coming in the way, the government will continue to develop all sections and implement welfare schemes.

The minister claimed that the KCR government has been offering Rs 10000 per acre. It also set a record of spending a staggering Rs 50000 cr for crop investment in seven years. Villages, Tribals hamlets are developed like never before in the TRS rule as the previous governments in the combined state used them as a vote bank. The minister suggested that the opposition parties should stop spreading falsehood on the schemes and support development. Or else they will bite the dust and people ire in future polls, she noted. The TRS will win 15 plus seats in addition to 88 existing seats, Rathod hoped.
