Administrator of Police, Pratapgarh, Satpal, said that the casualty’s sibling Rakesh Shukla is an IAS official and is as of now posted as Director, Social Welfare in Lucknow.

Following the incident, an abundantly draining Ashwani fell on the ground.

Local people informed the police who took him to medical clinic in Rae Bareli from where he was alluded to Lucknow. In any case, he surrendered to the wounds during treatment. Rakesh Shukla has held up a FIR of attempt to murderl which would now be changed over into a homicide case.

Meanwhile, a dentist was arrested for allegedly raping a patient. The incident happened in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. The police informed that the woman was suffering from a toothache and had gone to a dental clinic in Saidpur Hawkins locality on October 16. For the treatment, the dentist informed her that the tooth would have to be removed.

Later when the woman reached the clinic on being called, he administered her an injection which made her conscious. Following which, he raped her and shot a video of the incident.
